Our project
Since 2006, SEMLEX has been chosen for the creation, management and production of official documents in Guinea-Bissau.
The contract was signed for 5 years renewable by the government.
In 2013, SEMLEX was elected for the creation, management and production of the country’s official documents in the form of a Building Operate and Transfer (BOT) contract, including electronic B.I.s following the rules of the ECOWAS zone, the electronic passports and residence cards for foreigners.
In 2014, SEMLEX was selected to register civil servants and soldiers with the support of the European Union.
SEMLEX was responsible for cooling the capacities of state labor agents in the capital and the provinces (9) and organized mobile registration operations in hard-to-reach areas.
The SEMLEX team also trained system operators and administrators to enable government employees to manage the system and produce ultra-secure documents.
